EDUCATION
We deliver both day release and full time education programmes with Section 96 compatibility as a full curriculum.
All full time students operate on an academy basis where we are charged to establish up to 5 GCSE pass grades per student. Working with students with behavioural and learning difficulties, we require experienced and qualified teachers and teaching assistants as well as people with other professional experiences wishing to build a stable career path within our dynamic and developing organisation.
All educational programmes deliver national curriculum Section 96 compliant qualifications. We are looking for experienced deliverers of Skills for Life, PSHE and ICT.

ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION
Experienced professionals, looking for a change in career direction, to work with challenging young people and deliver a proramme with a strong vocational emphasis. With an automotive bias, our Performance Engineering Teams achieve national curriculum standard qualifications, vocational experience and become familiar with actual working environments. Whilst the emphasis is upon automotive projects our curriculum also includes construction, painting and decorating and carpentry modules.
We seek lively, articulate and dedicated professionals who seek to build enthusiasm and ambition in young people who could make a career in the engineering and construction industries.

SPORT AND LEISURE
Experienced sportsman, coaches and people with interest in the use of sport to motivate and engage disaffected young people. Our sports programmes are led from the front, our motto is “don’t just see – feel, don’t just feel – do” Ours sports programmes demonstrate this motto eloquently, with strong emphasis on an eclectic mix of sporting activities engineered to build team working, fitness, compliance to rules and ambition. Like all of our programmes we deliver national curriculum qualifications in an entertaining and motivated manner.

HAIR & BEAUTY
Experienced hair and beauty professionals required to work with young people interested in developing a career within a salon environment, out training centres will deliver national curriculum qualifications s and vocational experience within this growing industry.
Both full time and day release students will be engaged across a range of vocationally driven, practical educational programmes, strong emphasis will be placed upon gaining varied experience with a customer focussed approach.
Students will gain “on the job” experience within our retail salon environments as well on outplacement to other salons.

HAIR & BEAUTY Salons
Hairdressers stylists and beauty therapists required to operate within our new city centre salons in Derby and Nottingham.
We are also seeking an experienced manager with overall responsibility within the salon environments.
