The See,Feel,Do principle.
This principle is used in the process of inspiration, caring and education of the young people that it is our privilege to serve.
4life applies a different approach to that of many other programmes dedicated to working with young people at risk or at disadvantage.
We are absolutely committed to delivering a groundbreaking new concept that mixes the challenges of education and the issues of social cohesion, interaction and acceptance. Recognising that lack of self esteem is both a prima-facie cause of social misalignment and anti social behaviour as well as being a key factor in inhibiting progressive realisation of ambitions, goals and the full exploitation of personal possibility.
We create a positively charged environment, underpinned by motivational and inspirational programming and actions. Soft challenges build into significant choices for new healthy distractions, new friendships, meaningful activity. Requiring commitment of attention and attendance, delivering belonging and companionship, fun, learning and succession, 4life can be the turning point in a youngster's life that allows incursion by other agencies to start to build into the new and more structured positive approach.
Our instructors are compassionate and attentive, usually beyond the point where others have given in and delivered ultimatums of stern retribution, that is not our way. Mixing our National Curriculum based education programmes with positive life skills and healthy living initiatives is the cornerstone of our unified approach.
By genuinely issuing a stake holding to EVERY youngster that attends, by seriously backing up their hopes, anxieties and needs, we become part of their team, we are able to prove ourselves worthy of their trust, association and friendship, we value this above all other things.
